SULCO ADVISORY

Privacy notice

What we collect and why

This notice explains how Sulco Advisory handles the details you leave on sulco.id, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022). Last updated 29 October 2026.

What we collect

DataWhenRequired
Email addressWhen you subscribe or open a full studyYes
Name and organisationIf you choose to add them when opening a studyNo
Study opened, page, language, date and timeWith the formRecorded automatically
Country, from your connectionWith the formRecorded automatically
Page views, without cookies or personal identifiersWhen you visitRecorded automatically

Your browser also remembers on your own device that you opened a study and which language you chose. That stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Why

  • To open the full study for you and, from November 2026, to email you a copy of it.
  • If you ticked the box, to email you new studies and updates to the one you read, about one email per study.
  • To understand, in total, who reads the studies (for example how many readers come from funds, banks or media).

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising.

Where it is kept

Form entries are stored in a database run by Supabase. The site is hosted by Vercel. Emails are sent through an email delivery provider. These providers process data for us under their own terms and may store it outside Indonesia; we choose providers that protect data to a standard comparable to UU PDP.

How long

We keep your details while you remain subscribed, or for two years after you last opened a study, whichever is later. Then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We reply within 3 x 24 hours to confirm receipt and act on the request as UU PDP requires.
